The short version: your photographs are uploaded so the server can compose a print-quality PDF from the originals, they are visible to nobody but you, and they are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload — or immediately, whenever you press Delete all my uploaded photos. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party content of any kind.
This site is operated by Kamil, who is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact for any privacy question, any request under section 06, or any report under section 09: [email protected].
plakacik_visitor — a random identifier with no meaning
outside this site. It exists so the server can tell your uploads apart from
another visitor's and refuse to show yours to anyone else. It holds no
profile, is never used to track you across sites, and expires after 48 hours.Under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, processing your photographs and the visitor cookie is necessary to perform the service you asked for: composing and exporting your poster. Under Article 6(1)(f), server logs are kept in the legitimate interest of operating the site securely.
Your uploads are used for nothing else. They are not analysed, not used to train anything, not shared and not sold.
No one. There are no analytics, no advertising, no social widgets, no embedded fonts from a third-party CDN and no external requests of any kind — every asset on this page comes from this server. Nothing is transferred to any other company for any purpose.
The one unavoidable third party is the hosting provider whose machine runs this service, acting as a processor on the operator's instructions. The server is located in the European Union, so your data is not transferred outside the EEA.
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. In practice erasure is instant and needs no request: press Delete all my uploaded photos, or simply wait 24 hours.
For anything else, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
There is exactly one, described in section 02, and it is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested — without it the server cannot tell whose uploads are whose. Cookies of that kind are exempt from the consent requirement in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, which is why this site shows you no cookie banner. It sets no other cookie, for any purpose.
By uploading a photograph you confirm that you own it or otherwise hold the rights needed to reproduce it here, that any identifiable person in it has agreed to that use where the law requires their agreement, and that it contains nothing unlawful. You must not upload sexual imagery of minors, content that incites violence or hatred, or anything you have no right to use.
You grant permission to store, decode, crop, resample and typeset your photographs strictly for the purpose of producing your poster, for as long as they are retained. Nothing more. You keep every right you had in your photographs; the operator claims none.
This is a free tool offered as-is, with no warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or of any specific print result. Colour on a screen is not colour on paper, and your print shop's process is outside anyone's control here. Verify a proof before ordering a large run.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost uploads, lost drafts, printing costs or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Uploads are deleted after 24 hours by design: this site is not storage, and is not a backup. Keep your originals.
If you believe something hosted here is illegal or infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material and explain why. Reports are reviewed promptly and, where a report is well-founded, the material is removed. You will receive a reply confirming what was decided. This is the notice-and-action mechanism required by Article 16 of the Digital Services Act.
Note that uploads are not published: nobody but the uploader can view them, and they self-delete within 24 hours.
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
